- 5–10 years of engineering experience in advanced equipment design, fabrication systems, or regulated environments
- Experience leading engineering projects or small technical teams
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, rotating machinery, tooling systems, or production equipment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Q‑level security clearance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
A Successful Candidate Brings
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Nuclear, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience with centrifuge fabrication equipment, custom process systems, or facility expansion projects
- Background in DOE, NNSA, aerospace, nuclear, or other highly regulated industries
- Familiarity with standards such as ASME, ANSI, or NQA‑1
