Responsibilities include leading discovery, shaping requirements, managing governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring launch readiness. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in delivery/project management within tech, healthcare, or SaaS, with strong client-facing communication, risk management, and agile delivery familiarity. About Us
Chorus Innovations is a fast-growing healthcare technology company with an adaptive platform as a service (PaaS) that enables the rapid development of mobile, desktop, text messaging and interactive voice applications. Chorus’ platform currently powers transformative healthcare, biomedical research and community health projects across institutions and public health agencies nationwide. We believe every community should have world-class health technology so they can thrive.
Our mission is to improve the lives of people and communities by democratizing technology development in health and research.
About the Role
The Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for driving complex healthcare technology implementations from early discovery through go-live and stabilization. This role sits at the center of client delivery and is expected to bring structure, urgency, and clarity to work that often starts out ambiguous.
You will serve as the operational owner across assigned accounts, partnering closely with clients, Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Clinical Solutions, and SLT. Your job is to turn scope, client priorities, discovery outputs, and technical inputs into a clear delivery path that teams can execute against. That means owning the plan, surfacing risks early, driving decisions, and making sure the right people are engaged at the right moments.
This is not a passive project tracking role. A successful Delivery Manager at Chorus actively leads delivery forward by shaping requirements, coordinating discovery and design, ensuring backlog readiness, managing governance, and preparing teams and clients for launch. You will be expected to create momentum, reduce churn, and ensure delivery stays aligned to scope, quality, timeline, and client outcomes.
