Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Product Officer. The Chief Product Officer will oversee the strategic direction, development, and delivery of product initiatives. Responsibilities include leading the product management and development process, defining product strategy, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. They will also provide leadership with a focus on scaling product offerings to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management
• Proven experience in Project Management with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
• Demonstrated success in Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in remote environments and lead distributed teams
• Experience scaling product operations in a high-growth or start-up environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
