Role summary
Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Finance Manager to join their growing team. This role involves assisting customers with financing their purchases, ensuring maximum profitability on sales, structuring deals, submitting them to lenders for approval, making credit decisions, and ensuring contracts are funded quickly. The position also requires auditing deals post-sale for improvements and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines. The role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000, full-time hours including Saturdays, PTO, holidays, 401(K) with match, and industry-leading benefits.

We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive finance manager to join our growing and dynamic team! Qualifications:
- Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
- Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
- Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
- Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
- Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
- Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.

- Pay is draw plus percentage: $100,000-$130,000 wage range
- Full Time including some Saturdays.
