About the Role
Circadia is hiring a Customer Success Manager for the Michigan market. You'll be based in Michigan, work hybrid, and spend roughly half your time on site with our skilled-nursing and home-health partners across the region.
You'll own a book of multi-site healthcare accounts end to end: onboarding, adoption, quarterly and executive business reviews, renewal and expansion. Your day-to-day partners are Directors of Nursing, administrators, and regional clinical and operations leaders; your executive sponsors are CMOs, CNOs, and COOs.
