Role summary
Closets by Design is seeking creative and communicative Sales Design Consultants to help customers organize their homes. The role involves meeting with pre-set clients, understanding their needs, assessing home opportunities, and educating them on custom closet, home office, media system, wall bed, and garage cabinetry solutions. No prior sales or design experience is required, as comprehensive paid training is provided. Candidates must be coachable, possess a growth mindset, and have reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance. This is a hybrid remote position with a flexible schedule, offering benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and performance-based bonuses.

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives.
You can help others organize their home. We provide pre-set appointments with nice people just like you, close to your home. You will receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
