Role summary
CoderPad is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to own and execute the customer marketing plan. This role will focus on turning the installed base into a predictable source of expansion pipeline and customer advocates. Responsibilities include building lifecycle programs, driving advocacy, running customer events, and managing a Customer Advisory Board. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in customer, lifecycle, or expansion marketing, and a track record of owning revenue numbers. This is a remote, builder-and-doer role requiring strong data analysis, content creation, and program management skills.
As CoderPad's first customer marketer, you'll own the customer marketing plan and execute it hands-on. Your job is to turn our installed base into a predictable source of expansion pipeline and a deep bench of customer advocates.
You'll work across our whole book of mid-market and enterprise sized customers, from self-serve customers ready to move up to Enterprise Plans to large accounts with room to grow, using scaled, one-to-many programs and opportunity to build 1:few programs as we scale. You'll partner with Expansion Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Campaigns and Demand Gen. This is a builder-and-doer role: you'll set the strategy and then build, launch, and measure your programs with the support of the team.
This role is required to work East Coast Hours.
You'll report to the VP of Marketing.
What you'll be doing:
Drive expansion pipeline
Build our advocacy engine
Run customer events and our Customer Advisory Board
What you should bring:
How we'll measure success:
• Dental and vision: 100% covered for you, up to 80% for dependents
• Company-funded life, short-term and long-term disability coverage
• 401K with profit sharing. You get the company contribution even if you don't contribute yourself
• Unlimited PTO (we expect at least 3 weeks a year) plus 20 company holidays
• Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (primary) or 12 weeks (secondary) with full pay, benefits and equity vesting
• Remote-first, with a $300 monthly stipend for home office and work expenses
• Wellness perks: Headspace, One Medical and more through Cigna
• Stock options (4-year vesting), competitive salary and growth opportunities And more… CoderPad is committed to hiring the best talent. To work at CoderPad, employees must have the permanent and unrestricted right to work in their country of residence without needing present or future sponsorship from the company. If you meet this requirement, all applicants will be considered for employment regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or veteran or disability status. Our goal is to be a diverse team that represents a variety of backgrounds and perspectives and a culture where everyone feels included. Research has shown that women and people of color are less likely than others to apply for a role if they do not meet 100% of the qualifications. Please know that we would still love to hear from you even if you feel you only are a 75% match. We promote a diverse and inclusive culture at CoderPad.
