We’re hiring production technicians at a variety of levels who can work on first, second, and third shifts on weekdays. Second shift comes with a 10% pay differential, and third shifts comes with a 15% pay differential. The pay ranges from $30–$47 per hour before that differential, depending on your experience, and we offer benefits and equity in the company.

We’re looking for technicians who:
- Have 3+ years of experience
- Know electromechanical parts and assemblies
- Can troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies
- Can read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, with great attention to detail
The specific pay differentials are:
- Weekday first shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.): no differential
- Weekday second shift (Monday-Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.): 10%
- Weekday third shift (Monday–Friday, 10 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.): 15%
