This hybrid role operates 3 days per week, offering predictable scheduling and a focus on quality over volume. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, supporting patient intake, and maintaining infection control standards within a coordinated, team-based care setting. Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.

The Setting

This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics — allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments• Support patient intake and documentation• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards• Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
