Role summary

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) seeks a part-time Endodontist or General Dentist with strong endodontic experience to treat senior patients in the Detroit, Michigan metro area. This independent contractor role involves 1-2 days per month initially, with potential for growth. You will perform endodontic treatments, diagnose cases, manage dental pain, and coordinate with CMC's clinical team. Patients are referred and scheduled by CMC, eliminating marketing and administrative burdens for the provider. Requires a DDS or DMD, endodontic residency or equivalent experience, and an active Michigan dental license and DEA. Experience with geriatric or medically complex patients is preferred.

Location: Detroit, Michigan (metro area)

Schedule: Part-time — 1–2 days per month to start, with room to grow as case volume builds

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is looking to partner with an Endodontist — or a General Dentist with strong endodontic experience — to treat senior patients referred from our Detroit-area clinic partnerships.

Our dentists provide care on-site in senior care settings, but endodontic cases are outside what we can deliver there. We're looking for a specialist to take those referrals so our patients get treated instead of falling through the cracks.

How It Works

Patients are referred to you, pre-screened and scheduled through our team

Treatment happens in your practice

Steady, predictable referral flow rather than one-off cases

We can look at providing a dental assistant to support these visits

No marketing, billing, or administrative lift on your end

What You'll Do

Perform endodontic treatment, including root canal therapy

Diagnose and treatment plan endodontic cases, including medically complex presentations

Evaluate and manage dental pain and urgent treatment needs

Coordinate with our clinical team on referred patients

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited program

Endodontic residency, or a General Dentist with significant endodontic experience

Active Michigan dental license and DEA

Experience treating geriatric or medically complex patients preferred
