Location: Napa Valley, CA/Rohnert Park, CA Schedule: Full-Time - 4 days per week (weekdays) Compensation: $27/hour Position Type: W2 (CMC employee)

About The Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is hiring a full-time Dental Assistant to support dental care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based setting in Napa Valley/Rohnert Park, CA.

The Setting

This is a community-based outpatient clinic, not a mobile route and not a high-volume corporate practice.

Clinic staff on-site full time

Organized scheduling and steady patient flow

CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics so the care team can focus entirely on patients.

What You'll Do

Assist the dentist during exams and procedures

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments

Support patient intake and documentation

Maintain infection control and sterilization standards

Take radiographs as directed and within your certification

Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

Qualifications

Dental assisting experience required

Board-approved 8-hour Infection Control course and California Dental Practice Act course (California requirement for unlicensed dental assistants)

Experience with senior or geriatric patients preferred

Strong organizational and patient communication skills

Schedule

4 days per week

Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

No nights
