CPI Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Advisor in Raleigh, North Carolina, to design, present, and sell security and automation solutions. This role involves lead generation, prospecting, and building customer relationships to meet sales targets. The position offers an uncapped, performance-based income with a base salary guarantee, commissions, and benefits. Responsibilities include communicating CPI Security's value, self-generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and merchandising. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of outside sales experience (preferred), a strong work ethic, excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.

CPI Security, a leader in the security and automation solutions industry, is looking for a Commercial Sales Advisor to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina! Our Commercial Security Advisors will design, present and sell our award-winning security and automation solutions, through lead generating and prospecting activities using company provided tools. As an Advisor, you will lead our mission to make every day safer for our community by working directly with customers to identify and meet their security and automation needs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for commercial sales. You’ll work one-on-one with businesses to present, design, and sell our award-winning security and automation solutions.

What you'll do:

Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers

Self-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets

Develop and maintain outstanding working relationship with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction

Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location

Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales

Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goal is achieved

$60,000 to $90,000 annual average earnings

Base salary guarantee plus commissions on top.

What We Are Looking For:

High school diploma

1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual

Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity

Strong time-management, organizational and prioritization abilities

Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals

Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive

Experience working with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
