Role summary
Creative Circle is seeking a remote Creative Project Manager to cover a maternity leave through December. This role involves end-to-end project management for creative initiatives, including intake, scoping, prioritization, resourcing, and scheduling. The manager will oversee production workflows, manage external vendors across various media, and track budgets. Key responsibilities include strategic project ownership, risk assessment, resource planning, and serving as a liaison between creative output and business goals. Requirements include experience in creative project management, digital/video/social production, cross-functional workflow leadership, and strong resource and budget management skills. The role requires the ability to influence prioritization and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end creative project management, including intake, scoping, prioritization, resourcing, and scheduling in partnership with marketing and creative leadership
- Take a strategic approach to project ownership by assessing scope, identifying risks, and proactively resolving issues before they impact timelines
- Forecast team bandwidth and manage resource allocation across internal teams and external partners
- Oversee production workflows, managing external vendors across video, audio, motion, and print to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Support budget tracking and reporting, providing visibility into production spend and forecasts
- Serve as a key point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment between creative output and business goals
- Maintain accountability across timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule by internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- Experience in creative project management and production, with a focus on digital, video, and social (print experience is a plus)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional creative workflows and managing external production vendors
- Strong resource planning and budget management experience
- Ability to influence prioritization and push back when needed to ensure the best outcomes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting creative teams
