Role Description
We’re looking for a
Senior Creative Project Manager
to be the organized force behind our creative team. You will be responsible for building the day-to-day workflows that keep our content moving, while handling the heavy lifting of coordination between our pro players, production staff, and brand partners. Your job is to take a creative idea and turn it into a realistic plan, making sure every shoot and campaign stays on track and hits its deadline. We need someone who can create the right systems to help our team grow, ensuring that our most important projects are executed smoothly from start to finish.
Core Responsibilities
Systems Architecture & Operational Design
- Audit, implement, and maintain NRG’s content project management systems.
- Create and standardize SOPs to improve content efficiency and ensure seamless daily workflow.
- Design the infrastructure for tasking, asset handoff, and communication, optimizing feedback loops with outsourced post-production partners.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Translate sponsor briefs into structured campaign timelines and content calendars.
- Coordinate brand campaigns and sponsored content execution from kickoff to delivery.
- Track all deliverables for brand partnerships to ensure 100% deadline compliance.
Content & Production Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end content production, including shoot scheduling, talent participation, and production timelines.
- Work closely with videographers, editors, designers, and social teams to deliver high-quality branded content.
Talent & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate campaign participation with pro players, creators, and team managers, ensuring alignment with competitive schedules.
- Communicate campaign requirements and deliverables clearly to all internal and external participants.
- Maintain comprehensive campaign trackers documenting timelines, ownership, and current status.
Performance, Events & Budget
- Track engagement and prepare post-campaign summaries highlighting insights and key learnings.
- Assist with sponsor activations during tournaments and live events, coordinating talent participation and content capture.
- Assist with campaign budgeting and production cost tracking; manage administrative requirements related to talent participation.
