Role summary
Crew Carwash is seeking a Fast-Track Manager in Training to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year plus incentive pay, with daily pay options. The position requires a candidate who can model exceptional service, inspire and develop team members, and manage operations in a fast-paced environment. A degree or relevant management experience is required, along with the ability to meet physical demands and work flexible shifts. Crew’s expectations:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service-industry
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment
- Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
- Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
- Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
- Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
- Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
- Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
- Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
- Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
