The role emphasizes strategic planning, partnership management, commercial acumen, and connecting technology to business value.
What You'll Do:
Criteo helps retailers build and grow retail media businesses through technology, data, and commercial expertise. The VP, Retail Media Monetization, Americas will lead the retailer-facing monetization organization across the region, building durable partnerships and accelerating measurable growth for Criteo and its retail partners.
This leader will bring deep knowledge of the retail media landscape and the judgment to turn that knowledge into practical partner plans. Working closely with Retail Media general managers, heads of Media and Merchant organizations, and CDO/CTOs at leading retailers, this role will shape both near-term revenue priorities and long-term monetization strategies, connect retailer goals to Criteo’s platform and commercial capabilities, and lead a team of commercial and technical leaders to deliver against those plans.
What you’ll do
- Set retailer monetization strategy. Translate Criteo’s Retail Media priorities into clear regional and partner-level plans. Work with retailer GMs and senior stakeholders to define short-term growth actions and multi-year monetization roadmaps grounded in each partner’s business model, customer proposition, and market position.
- Build trusted retailer partnerships. Develop senior relationships with retail partners across the Americas. Lead joint business planning, executive business reviews, and strategic conversations that align on goals, investment, capabilities, and outcomes.
- Grow partner businesses. Identify and prioritize opportunities across retail media products, inventory, advertiser demand, onsite and offsite activation, data and audience capabilities, measurement, and new commerce experiences. Balance near-term performance with sustainable partner economics and long-term platform value.
- Lead commercial performance. Establish clear objectives, operating rhythms, forecasts, and performance reviews for the organization. Maintain visibility into revenue, partner health, growth opportunities, risks, renewals, and delivery against plans; mobilize leaders to address gaps early.
- Connect strategy to technology and execution. Partner with product, engineering, solutions, analytics, operations, and client-facing teams to translate retailer needs into scalable platform capabilities and dependable delivery. Support integrations, adoption, product launches, issue resolution, and feedback loops that improve the partner experience.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team. Manage and coach commercial and technical leaders across retailer partnerships, account management, partner success, and related functions. Set clear accountability, strengthen leadership capability, and build an inclusive, high-performing organization.
- Operate effectively across Criteo. Align regional execution with global Retail Media strategy and work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional partners. Share market insight and retailer feedback to inform priorities and improve how teams work together.
- Represent Criteo in the market. Serve as a credible senior voice on retail media and retailer monetization with partners and at relevant industry forums.
Who You Are:

- A track record of working with retailer executives and GMs to develop business plans, unlock new revenue, and deliver both near-term results and long-term strategic progress.
- Commercial and financial judgment: the ability to assess opportunities, set priorities, build credible forecasts, and make decisions that support sustainable partner economics and scalable growth.
- Experience leading and developing senior, multidisciplinary teams, including commercial and technical leaders, through growth, change, or organizational evolution.
- The ability to connect customer needs with technology and execution—translating complex platform capabilities into clear business value and actionable plans.
