    • Crysler Animal Hospital is growing, and we're looking for a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our team! Located in Independence, MO, just outside Kansas City, Crysler Animal Hospital is a full-service companion animal practice with a close-knit, collaborative team dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary care. We're looking for a veterinarian who enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and their pets, values teamwork, and wants to join a supportive practice where their contributions truly matter.

  • Base Salary: $140,000
  • Production Bonus: Monthly production bonus with no negative accrual
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $40,000 in sign-on/bonus potential, with relocation assistance and retention bonus opportunities
  • Flexible Scheduling: Full-time or part-time opportunities to support your work-life balance. Hospital Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM; Sunday, closed

    Who We're Looking For

    We're seeking a veterinarian who enjoys both the medical and surgical sides of practice and is confident in general procedures such as spay, neuter, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. Because this role is built around flexibility, we welcome candidates across a range of experience levels and schedule needs, from a doctor seeking a traditional full-time role to one looking for a part-time schedule that fits around other commitments. Strong communication skills, a compassionate approach with clients, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues are essential.

    Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college
  • Active Missouri veterinary license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
  • Current DEA and MO BNDD License (or ability to obtain)
  • Openness to a flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) across one or both hospital locations
