Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring seamless deployment and robust system performance.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for application deployment. This role involves managing and optimizing Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and associated services, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments, to ensure high availability and cost-efficiency. A significant portion of the responsibilities includes deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications utilizing Kubernetes, with a strong preference for Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Furthermore, the DevOps Engineer will implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry-standard tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep. System performance, availability, and reliability must be continuously monitored to proactively identify and resolve potential issues. The role also requires automating operational processes to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual overhead. Collaboration is key, as the engineer will work closely with development, quality assurance (QA), and operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance product delivery. Finally, ensuring that all infrastructure and deployment processes adhere to security best practices and organizational standards is paramount.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- ✅ Azure Administrator Certification (AZ-104) – Mandatory
- Experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred) and Docker
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Strong experience with Red Hat Linux (RHEL)
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
- AZ-400 (Azure DevOps Engineer)
- AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect)
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA / CKAD / CKS)
- Experience in large-scale environments
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS / GCP)

Pay: $50,711.55-$75,925.07 per year
