Role summary

PATH Recreation & Fitness Center is seeking a Member Support Specialist with weekend availability. This role involves greeting members, handling inquiries, processing payments, managing reservations, providing information about classes and events, giving facility tours, and assisting with facility upkeep. The position also requires serving as a first responder in emergencies. Candidates should be at least 18 years old, possess CPR/AED certification (or obtain within 90 days), and have at least one year of customer service and cash-handling experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Member Support Specialist – Weekend Availability at PATH Recreation & Fitness Center

This position requires weekend availability.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome & Assist – Be the friendly face that greets members and guests, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Membership Support – Handle inquiries, process payments, and manage reservations with efficiency and professionalism.
Engage & Inform – Provide helpful information about classes, activities, and special events in person, over the phone, and via email.
Give Facility Tours – Help potential members feel at home by guiding them through our center and enrolling new members.
Maintain a Pristine Environment – Keep the facility organized, restock supplies, and assist in keeping spaces clean and inviting.
Emergency Response – Serve as a first responder in medical or building emergencies, following established safety protocols.
Support Team Success – Take on additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional member experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be at least 18 years old.
CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
