In addition to creating and maintaining content, the role builds and enables a distributed network of HR content contributors across the enterprise, making knowledge capture and publishing a routine part of how HR works.

The role serves as the operational engine that keeps HR content current, trusted, reusable, and available where employees and managers need it most.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Capture content opportunities by identifying recurring questions, resolved cases, process changes, and expert guidance that should become reusable HR content.

  • Create and improve content by translating complex HR information into clear, concise, employee-friendly articles, FAQs, job aids, and support materials.

  • Publish and maintain content by coordinating reviews, processing updates, and ensuring content remains accurate, current, and easy to find.

  • Build and enable a network of content contributors by developing contributor practices, training, templates, and routines that enable HR teams and subject matter experts to create, improve, and maintain content as part of their daily work.

  • Measure and optimize content performance using search analytics, user feedback, and content metrics to identify gaps, improve quality, increase adoption, and drive continuous improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, Information Management, Journalism, English, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in content management, knowledge management, technical writing, HR operations, HR Service Delivery, or enterprise service operations.

  • Experience creating, editing, and maintaining content for diverse audiences.

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex policy, process, or technical information into clear and actionable guidance.

  • Experience using content analytics, search insights, feedback, or operational metrics to improve content quality and effectiveness

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, enterprise search, or other content and knowledge management platforms.

  • Experience supporting self-service, shared services, case management, or employee support environments.

  • Experience using AI-assisted content creation, summarization, translation, or content optimization tools.
