Role summary

DSA is seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with extensive Power BI experience and a secret clearance for a hybrid role reporting to the Pentagon weekly. The role requires strong data visualization, data modeling, and data science skills, along with proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. Experience with Army 365 or Microsoft Office 365, requirements gathering, and customer engagement is essential. Preferred qualifications include Power BI Premium Workspace management, project management experience, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and familiarity with data lakes like Army Vantage and Dataverse. The position involves defining data connections, developing dashboards, managing data environments, and communicating project plans.

All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution.

DescriptionDSA is in search of an exceptionally skilled Power Platform Developer possessing a secret clearance. This position is a hybrid role reporting to the Pentagon.

Required Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in Power Apps solution development with both Canvas and Model Driven apps
  • Highly proficient in Power Automate solution development
  • Proficient in SharePoint Online (SPO)
  • Experience with Army 365 (A365) or Microsoft Office 365
  • Solid understanding of requirements gathering process and customer engagement
  • CompTIA Security + CE certification (Certification preferred upon hire but must be acquired within 90 days for otherwise well qualified candidates)
  • Computing Environment (CE) relative to the position (EX: Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400 other related certifications can be considered) - Certification preferred upon hire but can be acquired within 180 days for otherwise well qualified candidate)

  • Proficient in development of Power BI solutions and dashboards
  • Proficient in data visualization design/data modeling
  • Familiarity with Vantage
  • Experience managing Power BI Premium Workspaces
  • Understanding of agile and waterfall software development models
  • Experience integrating artificial intelligence solutions with Power Platform solutions

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders on all phases of technical solution delivery from requirements gathering, testing, implementation and support
  • Design and deliver Power Platform including but not limited to canvas and model driven Power Apps solutions
  • Design and deliver common dashboards/reports
  • Alignment of SharePoint Online, M365, DoW approved AI, and other solutions to deliver comprehensive solutions in alignment with customer requirements
  • Stakeholder communications including formal and informal presentations
  • Define and communicate technical project plans, roadmaps, and schedules

    The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate. Actual compensation will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
