Role summary

Seeking a remote DevOps Engineer to train and evaluate AI models, specifically AI chatbots. Responsibilities include designing coding challenges for AI, assessing model outputs for correctness and performance, and solving problems to enhance model quality. Requires proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript, along with a strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows. This is an independent contract position for applicants in the United States, offering flexible hours and project choice with hourly pay up to $60 USD.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
To apply to this role, you will need to be proficient in either Python and/or JavaScript. Your role will require proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) in order to solve coding problems (think LeetCode, HackerRank, etc). For each coding problem, you must be able to explain how your solution solves the problem.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
  • A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required

Payment is made via PayPal. We will never ask for any money from you. PayPal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
