· 2+ years residential appliance repair field experience REQUIRED· Refrigeration experience· EPA certification· Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills· Strong mechanical aptitude· Excellent customer service and communication skills· Computer literacy and accurate service documentation· Dependable, punctual, and professional· Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record· Ability to complete required background, drug, and driving screenings
High-end appliance and advanced refrigeration experience is a plus and may increase starting compensation.
