Role summary
The Arc Erie County NY is seeking a Day Habilitation Manager in Williamsville, NY, to lead daily programming for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This role involves guiding Direct Support Professionals, organizing community activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring a safe environment. Candidates need experience in human services, with qualifications ranging from a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience to a High School diploma and 5 years of experience. A valid NYS Driver's License is also required. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and a supportive team environment with benefits.

We are currently hiring a Day Habilitation Manager to help lead daily programming that supports individuals in developing skills, building relationships, and engaging in community life.
What Your Day Might Include
- Guiding our Direct Support Professional (DSPs) staff as they support program participants
- Helping organize community-based activities
- Monitoring progress and service delivery
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
- Working directly with individuals in programming activities
What We’re Looking For
Experience in human services and a passion for helping others succeed.
Candidates may qualify with:
- Bachelor’s degree + 1 year experience
- Associate’s degree + 2 years’ experience
- High school diploma + 5 years’ experience
- Valid NYS Driver’s License with approved driving record
Position Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45am – 3:45pm. No nights, weekends or holidays worked!
Pay: $26.01 per hour
