Role summary

DelRicht is seeking a temporary, PRN Clinical Research Nurse (RN/BSN) for an estimated 8-month term in Prairieville, Louisiana. The role focuses on providing excellent patient care and a positive experience during clinical trials. Responsibilities include guiding patients through visits, performing procedures like ECGs and blood draws, administering injections, educating patients, processing and shipping biological samples, and maintaining accurate patient charting and data entry into online systems. The position requires an active RN license and a BSN, emphasizing a positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude. Compensation starts at $35/hour.

DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! We hold our team members to a high standard of excellence and are looking for energetic, positive, quick learners to be a part of our team. Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states.

Please Note: This is a temporary, PRN position projected to last 8 months.

RN/BSNs Main Objective: Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for our clinical research patients.

What You'll Do

Guide patients through every step of their visits, including rooming, vitals, ECGs, documentation, blood draws, progress notes, patient education, subcutaneous injections, and data collection

Educate patients to self-administer subcutaneous injections

Process and ship biological samples according to study protocols

Maintain accurate and timely patient charting, reviewing your own work for quality and precision

Capture data from patient questionnaires and enter it into multiple online systems with attention to accuracy

Skills Needed to Win

Required: Active Registered Nurse license

Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university
