DelRicht Research is seeking a Patient Coordinator to provide excellent patient care and support clinical research activities. This role involves working closely with patients and clinical teams, ensuring accurate and efficient study execution, and maintaining clear communication. While previous research experience is not required, candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-focused mindset. The position offers opportunities to learn clinical skills like blood draws and EKGs, and involves data entry into required systems. This is a full-time, on-site position in Gulfport, Mississippi, with a base salary of $50,000-$55,000 and potential for quarterly bonuses.

We’re looking for a quick learner, confident communicator, and independent team player who adapts well to change. Candidates with experience in working with people through customer service, healthcare, sales, hospitality, or other fast-paced professional environments may bring highly transferable skills to this position. Previous research experience is not required!

DelRicht is a clinical research company dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to all patients that participate in our clinical trials. Our clinical trials provide new treatment options for our patients and ultimately our goal is to get new medications and medical devices FDA approved! Presently our network stretches across 33 sites throughout the United States in 18 states.

Overall, the Patient Coordinator is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution, ensuring:

Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic

Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectations

Patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported with a strong focus on follow-through

Patients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits

Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms

Patients, physicians, and other stakeholders receive clear, timely communication

Skills Needed to Win

1+ years of professional experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situations

High attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing priorities

Ability to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflows

A collaborative, patient-focused mindset

Must be comfortable learning clinical skills (blood draws, EKGs, vital signs, charting) and conducting patient visits at our outpatient research clinic
