Role summary
DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst) to implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. This role involves analyzing data, identifying operational inefficiencies, and developing solutions to optimize system functionality and efficiency. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, train team members, ensure compliance, and create system documentation and dashboards using Advanced SQL. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 1+ years of logistics and analytical experience, is required. Manhattan WMi experience is preferred.
Multiple Shifts will be available.

The Sr Operations Systems Analyst (Sr WMS Analyst) role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000. For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000. You'll work with a dynamic team to analyze data, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop solutions to optimize our systems. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized and meet the needs of the organization
- Analyze and interpret data to improve system functionality and efficiency
- Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain system documentation and reports
- Identify and address potential issues and risks
- Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced SQL
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT similar field or equivalent experience, required
- 1+ years of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role, required
- 1+ years of analytical experience, required
