Role summary

Diana Health is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) for a full-time, onsite position in Arlington, TX. This role involves independently managing full-scope midwifery care, including obstetric and gynecological services, in an outpatient clinic. The CNM will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, provide expertise on Labor & Delivery, triage emergent obstetric patients, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications include experience in hospital-based intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage care (2 years preferred), strong communication and collaboration skills, and required certifications such as NRP, BLS, AMCB, and active RN/APRN licenses in TX. Preferred certifications include Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and Lactation Consultation. The position offers competitive compensation up to $140k annually, a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

We are looking for CNMs excited to join a dynamic and growing practice of OB/GYNS and CNMs in the thriving community of Arlington, TX. Come join us! Up to 140k annually for experienced candidates!!

You will:

Independently manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in our outpatient clinic including comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services

Collaborate with clinical colleagues (including OB/GYNs; RNs; LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors, childbirth educators and other specialists)

Provide day-to-day expertise and leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in-house clinical coverage

Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients, working collaboratively with RNs and OB/GYNs

Provide first assist surgical support

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Attend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency events

Qualifications

Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 yrs experience preferred)

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB/CNM practice

Strong communication skills and intrapersonal skills

Value patient preferences/choice, shared decision making, and a holistic care approach

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date

Active certification with AMCB

Current RN and APRN license in TX

Additional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and/or Lactation consultation are preferred
