Role summary

Diversicare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership aspirations to join their team as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at their Copper Basin facility in Ducktown, TN. This role offers a bonus incentive plan and focuses on shaping the quality of care, leading the nursing department, and inspiring the nursing team. Responsibilities include ensuring high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance, overseeing staffing and training, and driving quality improvement initiatives. The position requires a current RN license, a minimum of three years of nursing experience with at least one year of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to quality care. Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.

Qualifications

Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
