Why This Job Is Different
Love teaching people how to do it right? Tired of being the one who covers every call-out? This one's for you.
DNC Facility Services has been cleaning commercial buildings since 1982, and we're growing fast. We just built a brand-new training standard, and we need someone to bring it to life across every site we clean.
This isn't a cleaning job, and it's not a fill-in role. You'll be the person who trains our trainers. You'll certify our Team Leads and senior techs, coach them in the field, and make sure every new hire at every site learns the job the right way. You'll inspect buildings, fix problems on the spot, and help launch new accounts that start strong from day one.
If you've ever trained someone and watched them get better because of you, you already know why this job matters.
What Your Week Looks Like
- Master the DNC Standard, then train and certify our Team Leads and senior techs to teach it
- Coach our trainers in the field so every site trains the same way
- Inspect buildings using our 4 Checks and room-by-room standards, and correct issues on the spot
- Lead training at new accounts so they start strong from day one
- Check supply closets and flag what's needed
- Document inspections, training, and coaching in our software
You'll Thrive Here If You
- Have 2+ years in commercial cleaning, including leading or training others
- Know your way around cleaning standards, chemicals, and equipment
- Love teaching, not just doing
- Can hold people to a standard calmly and respectfully, even folks with more experience than you
- Are comfortable using your phone for forms, photos, and reports
- Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Can pass a background check
Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) · Floor equipment experience
