Role summary
Domino's is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations. This role involves supporting and developing team members, managing customer service, overseeing cash and inventory controls, monitoring costs, and ensuring operational and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience, strong customer service skills, the ability to coach and develop teams, dependability, accountability, and comfort with technology and safety procedures. This is an onsite, full-time position in Tampa.
