Role summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking Shift Runners and Assistant Managers to join their fun and flexible team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations. You will set the example for your crew by strictly following all company policies and procedures. This position offers advancement opportunities, with the potential to become a General Manager. Assistant Managers can earn $21-$26 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses for Lead Assistant Managers. Prior leadership experience, a hunger to learn, and excellent customer service skills are preferred.

As a member of our management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Advancement: 

Once you enter into management you are quickly on your way to learning the skills necessary to be General Manager of a store.With proper experience our Assistants earn $21 to $26 per hour including sick pay and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance based bonuses! Our company prides itself on promoting from within! What does that mean? You can quickly move up through the ranks and earn more money. Who knows, maybe you are the next Domino's franchisee!

  • Prior leadership experience preferred
