Done Right Hood & Fire Safety is a fire safety company servicing the tri-state area, and we're known for giving our customers white-glove service. We want to make sure you're the right person for this role: you'll need great customer service etiquette, know how to talk with customers, and take ownership of solving their issues.

What You'll Do

  • Schedule service jobs for our field crews across the tri-state area.
  • Coordinate dates and times directly with customers so every visit runs smoothly.
  • Use your knowledge of the five boroughs to plan smart, efficient schedules.
  • Keep routes and schedules tight, with no wasted time between jobs.
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every call.
  • Write clear, professional emails to customers and the team.

What We're Looking For

  • A background in scheduling, dispatch or service coordination, ideally in cleaning, plumbing, HVAC or another field service business.
  • A natural people person who is genuinely comfortable talking with customers on the phone all day and delivering white-glove service on every call and email, backed by strong written communication skills.
  • Experience leading a team and balancing several priorities at once.
  • A detail-oriented problem solver who can fix scheduling issues on the fly.
  • Comfort with CRM and scheduling software, email and spreadsheets. ServiceTrade experience is a big plus.
  • Availability to manage evening and overnight schedules and respond to urgent issues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college or business coursework is a plus.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • A fun, upbeat workplace: an energetic, close-knit team that works hard, laughs a lot and celebrates wins together.
  • Meaningful work: every job you schedule helps protect restaurants, their staff and their customers from kitchen fires.
  • Room to grow: strong coordinators can move into senior scheduling, operations or management roles.
  • Real rewards: performance incentives and bonuses that recognize great work.
  • An established local business: stable, steady work with a Brooklyn company serving hundreds of commercial clients.
  • Your work is seen: you'll work directly with leadership, and your ideas actually get used.

What We Offer

  • $62,400/year ($1,200/week)
  • Performance incentives and bonuses
  • Health, dental and vision insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid sick time
  • Commuter benefits
