The Opportunity
The Project Engineer keeps a project's documentation accurate and moving. You will own the change order and RFI logs, track submittals through the general contractor, drive closeout, and make sure what is on paper matches what the crews are building in the field.
You will sit at the center of the project team, connecting field leadership and project management with the owner, architect, and engineer on the other side. Depending on the work, you may support one large project or several smaller ones at once. In both cases the job is the same, which is getting people accurate answers before the lack of one slows the work down.

Preferred
We recognize that experience comes from many paths. An equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience that results in successful performance of the job is welcomed. Additional education may substitute for required experience on a one-for-one year basis, or vice versa.
Work Environment
This role is based in the office with regular visits to active jobsites. Work is primarily at a desk and on a computer, with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds. Jobsite visits require personal protective equipment and bring exposure to noise, dust, and weather. Expect a fast-paced environment with concurrent deadlines that calls for accuracy under time pressure.
