Role summary

Drapery Connection seeks an experienced Independent Contractor Installer for window treatments. This role involves installing hard and soft treatments, including motorized systems, in clients' homes. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of installation experience, owns tools, has reliable transportation, strong communication and customer service skills, can safely use tall ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and use a smartphone for scheduling. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity offering flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Drapery Connection is seeking an experienced Independent Contractor Installer to help bring beautiful window treatment designs to life for our clients. As the final professional our customers meet during their project, you play a key role in creating an exceptional experience and ensuring every installation is completed with precision and care.

What You'll Do

Install a variety of window treatments, including:
- Hard treatments (blinds, shades, shutters)
- Soft treatments (draperies, valances, etc.)
- Motorized window treatment systems
Provide professional, friendly service in clients' homes
Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 1 year of window treatment installation experience
Own tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to safely use tall ladders (10'+)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Ability to pass a background check
