Role summary
Dreem Health is seeking a Supervising Physician for California to transform sleep care delivery through a modern, remote platform. This role focuses on 20 hours of patient care per week, with additional time for interpretation, collaboration, and contributing to the growth of their model. The ideal candidate is an MD, Board Certified in Sleep Medicine with at least 1 year of experience, licensed in CA and one other state. Proficiency in EMRs, digital health tools, and telemedicine platforms is required. The role emphasizes a startup mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes. Preferred qualifications include experience in family medicine, ENT, neurology, or anesthesiology, and the ability to inspire teams and guide clinical standards without formal authority.
