Role summary
dunnhumby is seeking a Shopper Insights Senior Client Lead to join their embedded team at Meijer in Grand Rapids. This role focuses on leveraging customer data science to provide actionable commercial insights that drive category growth and improve the shopping experience. The Senior Client Lead will build strong client relationships, lead insight projects, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for retail and supplier stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a commercially minded insight professional with strong analytical, storytelling, and relationship-building skills, focused on delivering measurable business outcomes.

About the Role
As a Shopper Insights Senior Client Lead, you will help clients translate customer data into actionable commercial insights that drive growth. Working closely with client stakeholders and internal dunnhumby teams, you'll lead the delivery of insight-led recommendations that influence category strategy, customer decisions, and business performance across the Meijer partnership. Based in Grand Rapids, you'll play a key role in strengthening relationships, uncovering opportunities, and ensuring clients realize value from dunnhumby's customer data science capabilities.
