Role summary
EagleCraft Boats is seeking a Custom Boat Interior Woodworker for their plant in Campbell River, BC. This full-time, permanent role involves woodworking on marine interiors, including building and installing cabinets using laminate materials and joinery. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in cabinet building, proficiency with woodworking tools, and strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. A ticketed cabinet maker is preferred. This position offers year-round work, benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Working Conditions
- 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in Canada;
- Work is performed in an office adjacent to a metal manufacturing environment;
- Noise level is occasionally moderate. Manual dexterity is required to use computer, phone, and peripherals;
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch;
- Noticeable pressure from deadlines, production quotas, accuracy or similar demands exists.
