We're looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to manage a dedicated client list, run payroll accurately, and be the go-to person when a client's payroll needs troubleshooting.Join a strong team at a company that's been growing steadily in a niche where we're genuinely the best at what we do.Day-to-day:

Engage with clients via phone and web to identify and resolve payroll challenges

Provide technical support on payroll processing procedures

Manage integration of client payroll submissions into eBacon's software

First point of contact for employer and employee payroll questions

You're a fit if you have:

3+ years in payroll processing or payroll support

Hands-on experience with SaaS payroll software (ADP, Paycor, Paylocity, or similar) required

Strong customer service instincts and genuine interest in helping people

Ability to manage multiple client payroll cycles at once

Nice to have:

Construction industry background

Exposure to certified payroll or prevailing wage work

PEO or ASO experience
