Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a UX Designer. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for executing thoughtful and user-centric design solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting user research, implementing design thinking principles, creating prototypes, and developing intuitive user experiences through visual design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that every touchpoint with our digital products improves user satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
• Proficiency in crafting seamless User Experience (UX) and Prototyping
• Advanced skills in Visual Design, focusing on both aesthetics and functionality
• Ability to empathize with users and translate their needs into creative solutions
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Previous experience in a tech-driven or startup environment is a plus
