Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Canelones. The Assistant will support daily studio operations, including scheduling meetings, coordinating internal and external communications, and maintaining digital and physical records. The role involves assisting team members with basic documentation, data entry, and preparation of reports or presentations. The Assistant will help organize events, support project timelines by tracking tasks and follow-ups, and liaise with vendors or partners as needed. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as development, marketing, and leadership to ensure smooth workflows and a well-organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle calendars, documentation, and day-to-day office tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for coordinating with team members, partners, and vendors in a clear and professional manner.
- Comfort with basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, online project trackers, video conferencing).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports or presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a game and tech-focused environment, showing reliability, initiative, and discretion with confidential information.
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred; experience in gaming, entertainment, or technology environments is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or training in administration, business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the team or region are an advantage.
