Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Property Solution Islamabad. The CMO will lead the overall marketing strategy for the company’s real estate portfolio, with responsibility for brand positioning, demand generation, and market expansion. Daily tasks include designing and executing integrated marketing plans, supervising digital and traditional campaigns, and aligning marketing initiatives with sales targets and business objectives. The CMO will oversee market research, analyze customer and competitor insights, and adjust strategies to maximize project visibility and lead conversion. The role also includes managing public relations, guiding content and creative teams, collaborating with sales and operations, setting performance KPIs, and reporting on marketing ROI to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in Public Relations to manage brand reputation, media relations, and strategic communications.
- Background in Sales collaboration to align marketing funnels with sales pipelines and support conversion and revenue goals.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within real estate, property development, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead remote and cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and track key performance metrics.
- Advanced understanding of digital marketing, including social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
