Role summary

Endor Labs is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between security and engineering teams and their product. This role involves translating complex technology and market trends into compelling narratives, owning product positioning and messaging, and enabling sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has experience in the security or developer tool space, understands DevSecOps, and can effectively communicate with technical audiences. Responsibilities include creating sales collateral, driving product launch strategies, and educating the market through content. This is a hybrid role focused on leading product marketing efforts in the application security domain.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Technical Product Marketing Manager at Endor Labs, you’ll bridge the needs of security and engineering teams with our product. Equal parts strategist and storyteller, you thrive on translating complex technology and market trends into clear, compelling narratives. You’ll partner with product, sales, customer success, demand generation, and community teams to launch new products and features and position Endor Labs as the leader in application security.

Represent the customer: Champion the needs and pain points of our customers through interviews, market research, competitive intelligence, and by engaging with sales teams.

Own the story: Create positioning and messaging frameworks for our products, personas, and features by working closely with product and sales to understand needs and pain points. Develop messaging tailored for the needs of demand generation, SDR, sales, and channel partners.

Enable the team: Ensure everyone at the company understands your product and our customers in a way that is relevant to their jobs. Produce sales collateral including playbooks, sales plays, pitch decks, etc.

Launch the product: Build and drive the strategy for launches by building plans and partnering with product management, demand generation, sales, and customer success.

Educate the market: Work with Demand Generation on a content strategy to support your product goals, and produce collateral (blogs, whitepapers, webpages, demos, videos, etc).

Bring your unique perspective: Develop and implement best practices and frameworks that improve outcomes for the company and the impact of product marketing.

What You Bring to the Table

You’ve been in the security or developer tool space and have held a product marketing role where you owned the go-to-market strategy for at least one very technical product. You understand the friction between developers and security, and you know how to communicate with these groups in an authentic and credible way.

You have a strong product marketing background working on developer-focused products

Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps is a must

You are a strong writer and public speaker who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves

You are a skilled project manager who can keep stakeholders informed and projects on track

You represent the voice-of-the-customer and can distill actionable product roadmap recommendations from customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis.
