WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Operations Delivery Specialist is responsible for overseeing end-to-end execution, procurement, and fulfillment for operational and project-specific requests. Lifecycle Request & Fulfillment Execution

  • Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of project-specific requests, ensuring complete alignment with agreed schedules and operational criteria.

  • Coordinate inter-hub stock transfers, monitoring specialized packing protocols, regional transport schedules, and final-mile delivery verification.
  • Maintain high-touch communication protocols to inform stakeholders of delivery milestones and lead-time projections.
  • Escalation Management & Resolution

  • Act as the direct point of contact for operational disruptions, transit bottlenecks, customs holds, and inventory shortfalls.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on supply chain anomalies and execute decisive mitigation strategies to preserve delivery continuity.
  • Formalize escalation pathways and implement corrective measures to prevent recurring operational bottlenecks.
  • Inventory Governance & Distribution Support

  • Maintain accurate inventory accountabilities across various distribution centers and regional storage facilities.
  • Support periodic physical stock reconciliations, continuous cycle counts, and audit readiness initiatives.
  • Monitor movement patterns between hubs to optimize regional stock positioning and mitigate shrinkage risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with Procurement, Logistics, IT Operations, Enterprise Architecture, and Warehouse teams to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Provide high-caliber customer service to internal business partners, managing expectations with clarity and professionalism.
  • ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in supply chain execution, operations delivery, or logistics coordination.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate autonomously within a fast-paced environment and manage concurrent, competing priorities.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills suitable for multi-tiered stakeholder reporting.
  • DESIRABLE CRITERIA:

  • Prior technical exposure to enterprise technology infrastructure and hardware products (e.g., Dell, Cisco systems).
  • Fundamental understanding of international trade compliance, customs regulations, and global import/export documentation.
  • Practical exposure to supply planning principles, inventory auditing methodologies, or Lean Six Sigma process improvement frameworks.
