Web Developer

Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development technologies and a passion for creating efficient, user-friendly applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest quality of code through unit testing and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern frameworks and libraries.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Integrate APIs and web services to enhance application functionality.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including Scrum meetings and sprint planning.
• Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in application development.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Utilize tools such as Ansible for automation and deployment processes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Experience with back-end development frameworks and languages (e.g., Node.js, PHP).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Knowledge of application development principles and best practices.
• Experience working with APIs and web services integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON
