Role summary

EPL Capital, an investment platform based in Miami, is seeking a remote Investment Manager to develop strategies and support deal execution across its diverse investment strategies, including sector roll-ups, GP stakes, and growth platforms for international scale-ups. The role involves originating and qualifying opportunities, managing investor relationships, conducting due diligence, and representing the firm at industry events. This is a revenue-sharing position for a professional with 7+ years of experience in private equity or venture capital, strong financial analysis and writing skills, and an established network.

We are hiring: Investment Manager (Remote or Miami)

EPL Capital is the investment platform of EPL Group, headquartered in Miami. We build and manage alternative investment vehicles across three strategies:

Sector roll-ups in defense, energy, logistics, professional services, and technology
GP stakes and fund-of-funds investments in emerging private equity and alternative managers
Growth platform supporting international scale-ups entering the US market

We are seeking an Investment Manager to develop strategies and support the execution of the deal pipeline across the platform.

Tasks

What you will do:

Originate and qualify investment opportunities across our strategies
Build and manage relationships with family offices, RIAs and institutional allocators
Support due diligence, investment memos and deal execution
Represent EPL Capital at industry events and in allocator meetings
Work directly with the Managing Partner on platform growth

Requirements

What you bring:

7+ years in private equity, venture capital investment strategies and executions
An established network of family offices or institutional investors
Strong financial analysis and investment writing skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a lean, founder-led team
