Role summary

Essential Anesthesia Management seeks a CRNA for a 26-week contract at Moore County Hospital in Dumas, Texas. This autonomous role offers a $340,000 compensation package, flexible scheduling, and housing. Responsibilities include providing anesthesia care, managing OB and OR cases, and being on-call. Qualifications include board certification or eligibility and OB proficiency. The position supports a rural community and offers financial coaching and paid malpractice.

Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for a CRNA to join our CRNA-Only team at Moore County Hospital in Dumas, Texas. This is a great opportunity to help a rural community and work in an autonomous setting!

Position Highlights:

  • $340,000 for 26 weeks of coverage
  • Flexibility in schedule!
  • Housing provided!
  • 3 CRNAs on-site daily
  • CRNA would be on-call on all days worked.
  • First out Tues-Fri and beeper call only for Mondays and weekends to cover low OB volume!
  • Case Volume: averages 26 OB cases per month and 90 OR cases
  • OR Cases Tuesday - Friday (4 days/week)
  • OB / emergent only cases Saturday - Monday

    • Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or eligible
  • Ability to work independently
  • OB proficient
