Role summary

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a service-oriented CRNA for a 1099 contract role in New Braunfels, TX. This position offers a high annual compensation of $360,000 for 46 weeks of coverage, with no call or weekend duties. The role involves working within a team model of 1 Anesthesiologist and 4 CRNAs, covering a diverse case mix including General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, GYN, Plastic Surgery, Neuro, Radiology, and ENT. The company provides paid malpractice and tail coverage, with access to group benefits through preferred partnerships. This is a long-term, stable opportunity with a clinician-led anesthesia management company.

We are seeking a service-oriented CRNA to help build a cohesive and collaborative team at Christus Santa Rosa New Braunfels in New Braunfels, TX.

Position Highlights:

  • $360,000 annually (1099) for 46 weeks of coverage
  • 6 weeks off
  • No call or weekends
  • Out-of-Grid Pay:
  • $200/hour for extra hours beyond grid
  • Team Model: 1 Anesthesiologist and 4 CRNAs daily
  • Case Mix: General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, GYN, Plastic Surgery, Neuro, Radiology, and ENT.
