Role summary

Essential Anesthesia Management seeks a Chief CRNA for Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas. This 1099 contract position offers $410,000 base pay plus a $20,000 leadership stipend, totaling $430,000 annually, with 10 weeks off. The role involves CRNA-only practice with significant autonomy, covering a diverse case mix including Ortho, Endo, ENT, Ophthalmology, Gen, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, and Urology. Call is 1:6 beeper from home with a post-call day off. Board certification is required. New graduates are welcome. Relocation assistance and financial coaching are available.

Essential Anesthesia Management is looking for a CRNA to join our team at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas.

Position Highlights:

  • Anesthesia team consists of 6 CRNAs, with 4 on-site daily
  • Call is beeper from home; 1:6 with post-call day off
  • Case mix includes Ortho, Endo, ENT, Ophthalmology, Gen, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, and Urology.

  • Pratt is situated in Southern Central Kansas only 1.5 hours from Wichita and a little over 1 hour from Dodge City. It’s known for its family-friendly feel, affordable cost of living and preservation of western history.
  • Pratt is home to a local movie theater, several grocery store options, coffee shops, hometown boutiques, newly built pickleball courts and a family-owned fitness center. During the summer you can also enjoy the large public water park that was newly built in 2023.
