We're looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Midwood, Brooklyn! Our clinic combines the personal feel of a small practice with the resources of the popular neighborhood gym and fitness center we call home. Two private treatment rooms and access to the entire two-story gym give you the flexibility to take patients from hands-on care to strength training and sports rehab.

You'll also be joining a team of PTs who share a genuine passion for sports and fitness, with backgrounds in boxing, baseball, and running. Whether you're a new grad eager to dive into sports rehab or an experienced PT looking to take the next step in your career, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while working with a team that shares your interests.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist at Evolve, you’ll provide high-quality outpatient care to a diverse orthopedic population. You’ll have the autonomy to use your clinical judgment, develop individualized plans of care, and guide your patients throughout their treatment journey.

Your day-to-day includes:

Deliver high-quality 1:1 patient care in 30-minute treatment sessions with a focus on functional outcomes and long-term success

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings, functional limitations, and patient goals

Apply evidence-based interventions and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and goals

Manage your own caseload and work with patients throughout their course of care

Educate patients on their condition, plan of care, home program, and strategies to support long-term progress

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using Prompt EMR

Collaborate with fellow clinicians through case discussions, mentorship, and shared learning

Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

New York Physical Therapist license in good standing or eligibility for licensure

Passion for evidence-based care and clinical excellence

Experience in outpatient orthopedic setting

In compliance with the New York State Pay Transparency Law, this range represents the employer’s good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will depend on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Pay Range $90,000—$120,000 USD
